BONDSMAN AND AGENTS BYLAWS Article
1 1.1 Name: The Bondsman of the corporation shall be UTAH ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL
BONDSEN AND AGENTS. (UAPBA) 1.2 Location The principal and purpose of the Association, and location
of the Association shall be at the office of the elected President, or as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors. 1.3 Purpose The object, and purpose of this Corporation is to improve the standards
of the bail professional. Promote cooperation among members of the Association, and with Criminal Justice Community. Protect
the integrity, and honor of the bail profession, and to monitor, and attempt to influence governmental decisions that impact
the profession, and to promote free enterprise bail. 1.4
Period of Duration: The period of duration of this cooperation is perpetual. 1.5
Code of Ethics The members may adopt a Code of Ethics, and procedures for handling grievances. These shall be binding on all
members, and may provide for expulsion from membership in this Association. Copies of a proposed Code of Ethics, or changes
therin must be mailed to the members at least (30) days prior to a meeting of the members when such items will be considered. Article 2 Dissolution This
corporation is not organized, nor shall it be operated, for pecuniary gain or profit, and it does not contemplate the distribution
of gains, profits, or dividends to its member, and is organized solely for nonprofit purposes. No part of the profits, or
net income of this corporation shall ever inure to benefit
