- Adoption of Minutes
of Previous Meeting
At 12:35p.m. Rick made a motion to approve
the minutes and Wayne seconded it. The vote was unanimous. - Approval of Recommended Actions from Executive
Session

Investigations 16 and 19 have been closed.
o Rick made the motion to approve the recommendations
and Wayne seconded it. The vote was unanimous.
o Investigations 17,
18, 20 and 24 are still open.

o 5% Bail Bonds
Wayne said the Bail Bond Association met to discuss
this issue. Twenty-three sureties were represented. They had a vote on the 10% minimum charge. Twenty-two approved it and
one abstained. Monday the Association mailed a ballet to their members to give all of them a chance to vote on the issue.
We will discuss the results during the next meeting. Thomas agreed to not push through the application on 5% Bail Bonds until
a final decision was made on the 10% minimum issue.

Rick made the motion to accept the application
and Wayne seconded it. The vote was unanimous. Dominic noted the forms needed to be filed prior to doing
business on both agencies.

o Setting a minimum percentage charge.
This subject was discussed and tabled until
the next meeting when the results of the Association's ballet are known.
o 1st Out Bail Bond property values verified by Mickey?
Mickey said
he looked at their documents and all appears to be in order. Tara said she had the file if anyone wanted to look at it.
o Applications for General Public Board Member and Attorney Board Member
Both Rick and Andrew need to be replaced. Rick's term will end June 30. Andrew moved to California.
Dominic has talked with an attorney who will submit an application and resume.
o Filing Bulletins / Tracy
Bulletin 2007-3, Procedure for Non-Compliant
Rate and Form Filings, and
Bulletin 2007-4, Requirement to File Electronically, requires filing be done electronically.
Bondsmen can send their filings by email. Current forms do not need to be re-filed, just new forms filed July 1 and after.
