The object and purpose of this Corporation is to improve the
standards of the bail professional.
Promote cooperation among the members of the Association, and with the Criminal Justice
Community, protect the Integrity, and honor of the bail profession, and to monitor, and attempt to influence governement decisions
that impact the profession, and to promote free enterprise bail.
